"A roomy bottom-floor historic duplex with nice amenities in a convenient location."

Convenient location, roomy inside and the outside courtyard was a great place to gather and relax. It was well-stocked and the property manager was responsive and helpful.

This is an old building with the cosmetic imperfections of one but also the charm too.
