View was nice, bed was comfortable and basic cleaning done. Extra Staff was helpful. They had hot water, electricity backup and good basic furniture. Staff and manager were helpful. They helped us offer kitchen for our infant's food and helped get our dinner order from the city.

1. Location - You cannot find this place on Google maps, as it is in extreme remote area and not marked. Also, no accessibility to the market or any city/ town. You need your own vehicle with a daring driver to reach and get back, that too only in day light 2. Meals- we booked with breakfast but they don't have a chef or any cook yet. So first day it was fine, last day they got the cheapest possible food from city to offer as breakfast. Worst food ever tasted. If there is no chef, they can simply not offer breakfast option instead of arranging from cheap unhealthy place. 3. Rooms shown on booking.com are only of one type, while we were offered a room with view at an extra cost which is nowhere mentioned (mind you we were amongst the first few guests on the property and were the only one at that time) 4. Most pathetic part is as soon as you book anything by MAAT hotels, they will hound you to pay the amount upfront so you are stuck with the property and will say to cancel the booking, even when they have zero guests at the location. They msgd and called us for advance, even when it is a pay at the property booking. No adherence to the initial promise of payment mode. Once stuck you cannot go anywhere 5. If you do not have a car of your own, there is simply no way for you to reach the city unless willing to walk several kilometres on dangerous road downhill
