A very clean and nice apartment, near to the historical center of Pisa, fully ecquiped. Very nice personnel of Hostly team, especialy Carolina. Thank you for your support!

All in order, without any issues.

Everything was very clean, comfortable, warm and cozy. The Host was very nice and helpful and made sure everything was all right. The location was great too ) at 10 minutes walk from Pisa tower and 20 minutes from center .

Not much. Very expensive for what turned out to be of a standard that did not justify the cost.

Cats - 6 of them that the neighbour feeds, you cannot have your door open at all or they come in, a real risk for people with an allergic reaction and dirty. We could not sit outside without being pestered by them- disgusting. The whole outside patio area ( 2 broken chairs also ) dark, dirty, stunk and unkempt. Apartment a lot smaller than images show & very dark too. Certainly would not accommodate 4 people. Bathroom was dirty - shower head black & sealant in shower black absolutely gross. Cup holder on the sink unwashed. Table in the lounge had a broken leg and cheap. Kitchen - dirty stained crockery and 2 dirty unwashed glasses in the cupboard. Certainly not enough crockery & utensils to support 4 guests and the use of a dishwasher. A tiny sample of washing up liquid with 2 washer tabs. We found the host to be quickly responsive once we arrived at the apartment and could not access as given the wrong code, quickly sorted. Overall very disappointed not relaxing at all, forget any vision of drinking a glass of wine outdoors.
