Chippie was an excellent host and she ensured that she tends to all our needs. The rooms are spacious and comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. Will certainly come again!

"Convenient, clean and comfy guesthouse close to ZAH."

Chipi is the best hostess imaginable. She made us welcome on a very cold evening and took care of any need right away. She cleans and cooks breakfast as well as all her other duties. She was the warm heart of the guesthouse.

The double room is quite pokey and has no view. It was cold despite the small wall heater.

Absolutely beautiful air bnb, even better than the photos with everything you need and more.

Only small problem is that I had to ask for a portable heater because there wasn't one in the room and it gets freezing overnight. I don't think they have a heater for everyroom. Otherwise I would rate it 10/10 easily but I'm giving it a 9/10 because it was still great.

It felt like we are home. Chippie is defnitely a great housemanager, she made us feel at home immediately. We are defnitely goung back to House Falcon next time we are in Pretoria
