"Great lodge to stay overnight"

10.0

It’s super convenient to stay overnight next to the visitor center after 10 plus hour driving. It’s clean, quiet and decently comfortable for a lodge. We see deer at the parking lot which delighted my daughter. Next morning we had breakfast at the lodge and ready for the cave tour!

Very rustic cottage, peeling paint, no tv, but everything was provided for a good night's stay. Clean and comfy.

"Historic Cottage at Mammoth Caves"

10.0

Cool historic cottage at the Visitor Center to Mammoth Caves. All was great except the very loud A/C unit that went on/off all night.

It is a very tranquil area. So many deer and squirrels. Fun fire flies buzzing around at night, minutes from visitors center. The cabin is small, but it has everything you need. loved our stay.

"Loved it"

The cabin was nice but historic so you have to remember they are old. Also it is a National Park so limited. No internet or tv in the room. The area was beautiful and the cave tours were amazing.

"Clean, but old, tiny, and no view "

6.0

We stayed in the Sunset Terrace rooms. It looked like an old motel strip. There were 4 of us. The room was clean, but too small for 4 of us. There was a good size fridge, but no table to eat on. The only choice was to eat at the common patio (with the bugs and humidity). Also spiders got in our room through the crack under the door. The parking lot was our view. The park was unique with the caves and 3 nights in the hotel room was definitely enough.
