Beautiful Sea View Apartment in St Leonards on Sea

The rooms were bright and well furnished

The stairs were quite a challenge for my 80 year old mum

Host was quick to answer queries and provide recommendations of where to visit, eat etc. Apartment very open, spacious and clean.

Basic welcome package, tea/coffee was nice but other hosts have provided bread/milk/cake/wine etc in the past

Excellent location for visiting relations in St. Leonards and Bexhill. Gorgeous apartment in beautiful building.

Very roomy, comfortable and light. Perfectly placed for the seafront. Well equipped and clean.

St Leonards is a bit down-at-heel. The flat is on the 2nd floor, so the stairs might be an issue for some.

The flat is impeccable. ..well organised and sorted. It's airy and comfortable. Great having two loos! So clean, neat and tidy yet so comfortable and relaxing. Well finished apartment. There are a couple of smaller supermarkets 5 minutes walk away. There is a bus route 21/23 which has an hourly bus service into the town. In order to get the views, the flat is on the top floor of this building which is high up a hill, accessibility may not be great for all. The property presented exactly as seen in the photos. Very very pleasant. Good communication with the property manager too, self check-in instructions were clear.

The hot water was turned off when we arrived. This lead one guest having a cold shower. After locating the water heater, in the 2nd bedroom, we turned it on and water was flowing freely straight away.
