Beautiful Sea View Apartment in St Leonards on Sea

Light, airy, modern. Easy access & felt very secure.

Nothing not to like. Clean modern bathroom & a extra toilet.

Beautifully presented, very clean, light and airy. Also, well-located and easy walking distance to beach, station, shops and attractions.

We have no complaints but the stairs may not suit everyone and the heating was a bit tricky (fortunately, we didn’t really need it, as we couldn’t make it work).

Had everything we needed, loads of room, board games were a nice touch!

The noise of the heating boiler in the smaller bedroom. We have switched the heating off for the night, so it was not disturbing us.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Good location can walk easily to Hastings town centre. Also, its on a bus route so can catch the bus if required.

Could supply larger bath towels. There was 4 of us and we had only two large bath towels and two smaller ones.

Flat was impeccably clean,spacious and well equipped with little essentials like shower gel, washing up liquid etc

Parking was tricky at times but we tended to park in adjacent roads

The property was much larger than I expected and it was beautiful. The furniture was very nice. The hot water was great. The kitchen had exactly what we needed and the fridge was a good size. It was also easy to figure out the heat too so my kids were comfee cosy all night long.

There was a lot of stairs - but, don't let this put you off - it is totally worth climbing the stairs to get to the apt!

This is an amazing property. The master bedroom is to die for - huge and with views over the rooftops and out to sea. Very clean and in a wonderful location.

No dustpan and brush or broom to sweep floors!

Attractive, spacious, tastefully furnished apartment. Convenient for shops, restaurants, cafes, and the seafront. There are 2 double bedrooms with comfy beds and sea views (including a huge master bedroom), and also a cosy single bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, plus an extra toilet off the stairs. We liked the dining area at the top of the stairs and the large kitchen/sitting room. The owner was very helpful and responsive, quickly sorting a couple of minor issues. We appreciated the tea, coffee, milk and cookies.

The kitchen could do with a few more utensils like a fish slice and wooden spoons, plus ovenware such as a casserole dish, and more baking trays. Personally I would also appreciate a teapot!
