It was comfortable enough, had all the amenities required, however the second bedroom had no aircon, but it had a door between bedroom 1 and two so you could keep it cool..

The house was overall clean and tidy, but a little run down. The doors were warped and hard to close, and for example the towel rack in the bathroom fell apart if you put anything on it. And the water heater in the bathroom didn't work.

the road to the house especially if its your first time in samal you could get lost it happened to us we circled around searching for the right way better have a edited guide for first timer

everything how the place smells good bedding are clean all the utensils are clean everything is good despite there's only one air-conditioned that didn't make the place hot.. I had a great time with my family here..

"Wholehouse to yourself with Terrace"

Spacious bedrooms and lots of extra beds. Second floor space for gathering. Full-sized refrigerator and kitchen utensils are available.

The bedrooms share an AC through a door in between so this door cannot be closed for privacy if you want AC on the other room. Shower water flow is slow. Tiny drippings. Cockroaches hanging around bathroom and kitchen area. The road going into the location is very rough and narrow. Roadside parking.
