"Terrible service"

No water. Arrived late and called the owner but no answer. We had to find another place to stay. Next morning said want to give another house but too late as we only booked for 1 night. Asked for refund but they said it was not their fault as the water engine was not turned on??? We should know that and switched it on for them is it??? Terrible service

Mattress worn out. No dining table. No wardrobe in bedroom.

The house have complete facilities, but no ventilation unless open the windows/door. They only have 1 aircond on the master room and also 3 ceiling fans. Luckily the owner said they will add one more aircond so will getting better.
