Clean, comfortable, great location to local restaurants and shops.

Upstairs unit occupants were loud and various people coming to shared space.

Location is good. On a quiet street, close to a supermarket

Only one small bathroom. Owner not responsive to complaint. Assigned parking space occupied by someone else.

Using codes to access the property was an easy experience. The place was very cutely decorated, had comfortable beds and was very organized. We didn’t use much while staying, but the place seemed to have any amenity you could want. Location is pretty central to downtown and the beach. Walgreens was close and so was Flanigans (such a staple!).

The air conditioner was running constantly, which made it pretty humid in the house even without having any windows or door open ever. We were also told to park in a specific parking spot while staying and they had other cars parked in the same spot - which I had to reach out multiple times to ask about and wasn’t receiving any response. The night this happened we had to wait to find street parking and walk about a block back in the dark which was uncomfortable. It would be great if the shower had shelves of some sort. The towels in the bathroom also had black hair on them when we arrived.

I loved everything. The house is big, has excellent conditions for a family to stay comfortably. I had a small issue after I arrived, the owners were very kind and reactive and fixed it shortly. The house has all conditions, the area is great, very close to everything you may need. Very quiet are, no noise, perfect. Thank you to the owners for their support. Will be staying again, for sure!!!
