"Amazing Hotel"

Everything. The facilities were amazing, very clean, very neat. But the best thing was the service. Haya who help us check in was extremely kind and nice, she made sure everything is to our satisfaction, she even checked with us a couple of time if we need anything and made sure everything is perfect. We really needed a place to park our car and she made everything possible to find us a free parking spot in their parking lot. I am sure I will be back when I need a place to stay in the center of israel.

Easy to travel all directions in Israel from here, beach and shops close by. Haya is a great host, helped me with my reservation there and also with the parking app. I will definitively come back. Toda!

Haya was incredible.. She was attentive, polite, caring and gregarious. The cleaning staff were polite and thorough. My room was beautiful and wonderfully located. Sunsets were an absolute treat every single day.

Just a refill of coffee, but I could have asked.. It was wonderful. It was so new which is a plus.. I was just so impressed with the efficiency it was a wonderful stay from South Africa.

As a start i have to mention the private entrance with KEY code only, the place is quiet, beautiful, tidy, cozy and above all warm and sweet. We received very kind, even amazing service from the “queen” Havva herself, periodically they asked about our well-being and if we needed anything, they treated us to a free room cleaning without asking and at the end when we said we would come back, Havva made sure that we will get a discount for the next time!!!. The place is very close to the city center, the hotel's surroundings have everything: restaurants, sea, nightlife and more. Just a pleasure
