BeachSide House Mui Ne II

First of all the room was alright. There was air-conditioning and a small fridge that worked well. The overall cleanliness of the room was okay and it was spacious enough.

When we arrived (at around 6:30 pm) the bathroom was very wet even on the toilet seat. Moreover the towels that were provided to us had stains (it looked like old blood). This is especially not nice when you see it after showering. The pillowcase didn't look clean. As mentioned in other reviews already, the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable. The backyard is quite noisy and you can even hear the billiard balls. Another important aspect to mention is that the atmosphere was very callous and not inviting. It seemed to us as if the hosts were annoyed by their guests. There is also only one person who speaks English, but she is rarely available. We felt ignored several times. The location of the hotel is not nice and a bit far away from everything. You really need a motorbike to reach nice beaches and tourist spots (this is available at the hotel). The hotel would be alright for the price if you felt welcome. But unfortunately you don't at all. There are better places in the same budget category.

Comfortable, large enough, welcoming hosts who make an effort to communicate despite the language barrier, located close to the beach, and has a functional fridge and AC. I extended my stay.

There is not much to do nor many restaurants around, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Wifi could at time be somewhat disfunctional.

The size of the bedroom, kettle, fridge, large bathroom, outside area really nice. The bed was good for me, maybe be a bit hard for someone else

As I booked the room a half an hour before my arrival, the room wasn't quite ready. Meaning, the fridge was really mouldy but as I said I understand if the room hasn't been used for some time. I also had little ants walking on the bed, floor.

The staff were so lovely and helpful I honestly recommend this place so highly my stay was great, clean, comfortable and quiet. I found it to be very accommodating, would stay again in a heart beat.

Was a little difficult to find vegetarian food in the immediate area but I hired a bike and within a 5 minutes drive found plenty of great options :)

Hotel is located a bit far from the main(?) area so ut was really quiet, no someone's sining, no dog's barking :) Room is spacious and all rooms are located on the 1st floot, you can easily bring your beloning in and out! Hosts are so friendly and there is something special in monrning hours.

A mosquito ? who can do that!! ;) nothing to mention about cons.

Quietness everything we need and particularly the relationship with everybody in the large family We were close to the magnificent coast we went to walks around Very similar to the coast in our own country in Brittany

The staff were super helpful and lovely. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. I liked that we could play pool and were were also offered apple couple times!

If I had to choose I would say it isn’t the best location. As a vegetarian I struggled a bit to where to eat in the area apart from one restaurant and also the beach was full of rubbish ( which isn’t the accommodation fault obviously)

The owners were very helpful and kind. We could rent motorbikes for reasonable price from them. When I got hurt, they took me to the pharmacy and helped me. They took us on bus to Buôn Ma Thuột and gave us tips on what to do there.

The mattress could be softer.
