Cosy, Centrally Located Studio With Gated Parking!

Location good . I found the bed comfortable and the way it pulled down was a good use of space .

There was no functioning wifi . In a number of messages with the owner they seemed to suggest that the 3g/4g hub did work but neither my phone or laptop could get a signal . I think they were just fobbing me off . They did nothing to try and fix it . I couldn't get the tv to work either so I had no wifi OR tv for my 3 day stay. One window was cracked and the other couldn't be properly opened without it flapping around dangerously. The bath drain was almost totally blocked so having a shower involved paddling around in your own dirty water . It took at least a couple of hours to drain away . If a second person had been staying there's no way they could have had a hygienic shower .There were dishes in the dishwasher when I arrived . Don't know if they were clean or dirty . I just left them there and used the sink to wash dishes . Poorly equipped kitchen . Air fryer needed a good clean before use . No way to make a decent coffee ( cafetiere , percolator or anything else ). No oven trays or oven gloves or dish cloths . I had to use a towel from the bathroom to take hot food out of the oven . The flat is quite new and could be very pleasant but the owner has let it deteriorate quite badly and obviously isn't willing to spend much on its upkeep - or pay for a decent , proper internet service . Very disappointing .

The studio is central, clean and nearby the train station.

It took a little to figure out where the bed was, and I think it is the only "negative" aspect.

Good location for central Lboro. Secure parking relatively quiet for a central location . Bed very comfy esp for a pullout.

Not dislikes as thats too strong a word, bit more just observations as everyones opinion is different... Bathroom whilst functional could do with a deep clean. Bath plughole needs attention as its almost blocked and very slow to drain, same with the sink. Kitchen bit or a mish mash of crockery and pans needs a deep clean and better equipped. That said perfectly adequate if you just want to eat takeaway and make tea coffee etc. Nothing negative just observations
