Aus der Anzeige ging nicht hervor, dass es sich um ein Zimmer in einer Privatwohnung in einem Wohnblock handelt und man sich das private Badezimmer mit den Besitzern teilt. Parken ist nur auf der öffentlichen Straße mit Parkuhr für 1 Euro pro Stunde (bis 20 Uhr und ab 9 Uhr) möglich.
