Field View Cottage hottub, dog friendly great view

Fantastic quick communication from the lovely owners who were very welcoming and accommodating. Beautiful welcome hamper with home-made goodies thankyou. The cottage was beautiful.. comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub was amazing and really did make it a fantastic relaxing break. Another added bonus is the owners offer a fantastic menu offering breakfast and evening meals that are super tasty and great value so you really can sit back.. relax and enjoy your break. Will absolutely stay here again. Thankyou ❤️

Gina & Phil were amazing hosts from start to finish. They made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. The cottage was really relaxing and cozy, just what we needed after a manic Christmas! It was super clean, had everything we needed and the hot tub was a great addition! The welcome tray was lovely and Phil cooks a brilliant curry! Thank you both for making us and Teddy so welcome, we can’t wait to stay again!

Nothing. Everything was great.. Some firewood for the firepit in the garden would have been great as it would have saved us a trip back out.

Wow, we can’t say enough good things about field view cottage! We stayed here after our wedding day for a few days to relax and unwind and it was the most amazing experience! The cottage was beautiful, so well equipped, super clean and we had a gorgeous welcome hamper on arrival. We loved the Christmas decorations too, made it feel very cosy! We loved the secure garden for our dogs and the hot tub was a fantastic way to switch off and relax, with beautiful views over fields. The cottage is a great base for many walks and cafes etc. we also had a home cooked meal, which was delicious! Gina and her husband were absolutely fantastic hosts, and couldn’t do enough for us! Thank you for the most memorable stay!

The communication here was great. We chose to get the meal options here, so dinner, then breakfast and both were very tasty. The outside parking area was just outside the front door and was gravel, but there was plenty of room. The location was very quiet as it was out of town and in a country area. The unit was clean and very cozy. The bathroom and kitchen were both supplied well and there is everything you need to cook a meal or re-heat leftovers. The shower was spacious and the bathroom was very nice and comfortable. The living area was also nice with a sofa and a TV. The heating was perfect and there was no outside noise at all, even though the road was fairly close. Check out was a cinch as the hosts are right next door. The place is a little tight for a week stay, but for 3 days or less, it would be perfect.

We arrived after dark so finding the right entrance was a bit tricky. There is also a gate, which made it a little more difficult. The bedroom was a bit tight, but still cozy.

What a beautiful little gem. Comfortable for 3 girls on a weekend get together. Location was great, right in the middle of the countryside but only a quick trip in the car to the supermarket. Beautifully decorated, we went in December so there were Christmas lights and tree too. Hot tub a very welcome addition, with robes provided and looking out onto fields, even had an awning over for rainy weather. Great for stargazing. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Gina and Phil offer evening meals and breakfast too in addition to your stay and we had breakfast delivered Sunday morning- full English breakfast with the best poached eggs and delicious sausages. Gina was very understanding that we had 3 cars and we did manage to get them all on the drive. Red lion round the corner was a lovely pub! Thank you for a lovely stay!
