"De l'espace pour 4, très proche du centre-ville de Turin."

Le calme, le confort, la terrasse spacieuse, la proximité des transports publics (10 minutes de bus de l'hyper-centre) et de nombreux commerces, le tri des ordures ménagères dans des bacs sur un coin de la terrasse, la possibilité de se garer dans la rue pour un prix raisonnable (env. 12€/24h) - et d'éviter les parking privés hors de prix !

Le climatisation pas toujours efficace, la machine à laver inutilisable (sécurité enfant impossible à ôter et pas de mode d'emploi à disposition), les dalles branlantes sur la terrasse ainsi que la table en mauvais état. Un parasol aurait été utile...

"Excellent"

La terrasse, la taille de l'appartement, la luminosité et la vue. Les commerces à proximité. Les réponses rapides de "Luisa", notre contact Hostdomus pour la location. Le suivi effectué par "Luisa" pour redonner la caution après la remise des clés.

Les dalles cassées sur la terrasse. La remise des clés sans une personne physique.

"Bad"

they have a bug problem lost of mosquitoes in rooms and they took €200 off our deposit even though nothing had been broken in the room
