El apartamento en sí está bien, amplio, equipado, con muy buena ubicación en pleno barrio de salamanca.

Mi nota va en función de la atención recibida por la empresa arrendadora, con quien fue imposible contactar tras ver que tenía que firmar un documento lleno de cláusulas y que no conseguí que nadie me aclarara (ni por tf ni por email ni a través de booking), además, te dejan claro que tu única posibilidad es firmarlo y sino no te entregarán las llaves.

"Me dejaron4 horas afuera en la calle en pleno frío de madrid para abrirme y no les importo , llamaba y me tiraban el tel"

Demasiado viejo , agua fría , no tenía calefacción toda la noche aguante frío tenían las máquina pero no funcionaban . Envío foto de un viaje 4 horas afuera y me dicen los vecinos que lo hacen todo el tiempo No lo recomiendo

"Location good, not real pictures on the add, unfriendly staff, dirty apartment."

The location

The pictures on the add are very different from the reality, the living and dining room for example are showing nice and antique furniture whereas the reality is that none of that exists, there are very cheap and uncomfortable furniture there. The staff was horrible to deal with the days before the check in, and the constant messaging was excessive in the app and WhatsApp. There is a huge construction site right at the next building, weekends ok but on normal week days will be very difficult to stay in the apartment as the noise is very high.
