Cozy Hideaway in the Duck Pond area of Gainesville

The property was a great value! A bit rustic but has everything you need. The bedroom was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of pillows, the tvs were great size and ac was cold. The bathroom was a little tight but adequate and has a convenient washer and dryer. The rug in the living room and the stovetop could use a good scrub. Otherwise our stay was great and we will visit again.

The property was clean and cozy. The yard was nicely fenced in with lots of trees and ferns. The girls were delighted to find a fairy garden. The kitchen and bathroom were new. The living area was spacious and comfy.

I loved the property and the neighbors were kind. I’m not sure about some of the other properties in the area.

The apartment was perfect. The kids loved the toy cabinet. I loved the bookshelf. The beds were amazing. AND it's close to everything.

The coffee and snacks was excellent period my location was excellent also period Period Very clean and comfortable

A light near the step from the bedroom would have been a little safer.

It didn't really bother us but the step between living area and bedroom could be a problem if you had small children, were unsteady on your feet, or very elderly.
