Clean, modern and felt like a 5* experience for 1* price. Tu Tu arranged our excursions and gave advice on other local attractions that turned out to the the highlight of our trip. We also had a delicious home cooked meal served on our first night there - highly recommended.

The polo hotel doesnt exist

Tutu is lovely and very welcoming. It really does feel like a homestay. Tutu’s husband picked my partner and I up after our bus arrived from Ninh Binh, and Tutu helped to organise a tour, showed us the way to bicycle to the Duck Farm, and arranged a bus to Hoi An when we departed. The facilities are new and very comfortable as well, and very well kept.

Can’t fault this place.

TuTu’s is the perfect homestay in Phong Nha. The rooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable and air conditioning new and works very well. The bathroom is large and has ample hot water if needed after swimming all day in the nearby caves and lakes. While the rooms are sparsely furnished, you will find them very comfortable while the pool and large veranda’s have plenty of seats / hammocks to relax in. It is also a family home with the family living downstairs or nearby with home cooked delicious breakfast and dinner meals as you require. The homestay was at the one end of the town, but several times we took a Grab ride for a meal and walked 30 – 40 minutes back in the cool of the evening. Tutu provided plenty of help, information, tour suggestions and in one case organised a rescue when no Grab would come and pick us up. It was the best place we stayed at during our Vietnam holiday and we will return. Thank you for looking after us.

Tutu is amazing! We arrived late at night and she was very accomodating. Organised scooters for us the next day and even gave us a room upgrade with the most amazing views. She is very proactive with booking your buses and organising tours as well.
