The staff are awesome. They are friendly, professional and did everything to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. Also, the scenery and decor of this hotel is beautiful. The beach and pool areas are stunning.

It was very quiet when I arrived due to a refurbishment going on. However, the manager upgraded my room for free and allowed a late checkout to compensate.

Every thing is perfect from the very first moment we entered the property till very last minute. The people here are very friendly they make you feel like home. The manager Mr. Aalaa always present and provide all the support needed for any one. Many thanks for all staff starting from Mrs Nagla in the reception waiting for the guests with smiles and welcome drink. Many thanks for the front desk receptionists for the quick and smoth check in. Many thanks for the restaurant manager Mr. Attia and the assistant manager Mr. Ashraf for the great buffet ever day with wide varieties. We enjoyed the hotel Facilities including the pool and beach and the on fire DJ and the animation team and pool bar. We extended our stay and for sure will come back again next year.

The sea in this area is not preferable to swim in. The internet is not strong. Need more coverage
