الاستقبال الطاقم كامل بدون ذكر اسماء كانو من اجمل الناس بكل خدمتهم وتقديماتهم يجننو والله والمكان مريح ونظيف وراحه نفسيه هدواء تام

عدم وجود مروش قريب من البحر بالزاوايه لا يوجد غير واحد بنص الحديقه والمشي له مسافه لازم وضع مراوش بزوايا البحر .وطلعت الاوتيل مرتفعه اذا راح تمشي علي رجليك ومعك احد كبير تحتاج قولف يطلعك فوق لو حاب تتمشي باليل بالساحه جنب الاوتيل في دبابات وسياكل وسبرماركات وبزار صغير بس الاوتيل ماعنده قولف يطلعك

Exceptional experience at this hotel! The reception was classy and the service was top-notch. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Khaled who led the front desk with exceptional professionalism and guidance, providing outstanding service. Mr. Marwan also contributed to the excellent experience. Appreciation to the housekeeping supervisor for attention to detail. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel changed my room to a new one it was very clean and comfortable A very special thanks to Mr Mohamed khaled Reciption manager for his coordination A special thanks to Mahmoud, the beach man .. he was very helpful and a familiar face along so many years with borg alarab
