The young receptionist, Celia from hotel Madrid next door, was most kind and professional along with Elena.
Mis- leading as NO internet. The pillows were very hard. As it was promoted as an apartment there were no paper towels. The smell of wet old mop was evident particular after opening the closet it was stored. The bathroom mirror was broken at the corner which I made sur they were aware I had nothing to do with. The toilet bowl cleaning brush had fowl water in it which smelled and large rust stain under it.
