This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The house is a Victorian Cottage. The stairs in the house are original and are relatively steep. Please keep this in mind when booking if you have young children or elderly people in your party. Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected at booking confirmation (accommodation fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit will be charged 2 days before check-out. A deposit may be required at the property.
