Apartment was dirty a bit, not cleaned, lots of hair and bad smell

The freezer was frosted full of ice, Host told me to unplug and defrost, the floor got flooded and the host refused to provide towels, did not provide enough towels for 3 nights 2 people stay, not clean, mattress old and very unconfutable, safe-box was locked until 50% in the stay, no cable TV or any services to connect to my Netflix etc. I usually don't take the time to leave feedback, but after paid a prime for what we got, I learned i have to start leaving feedback to save someone else's vacation experience.

It is a private unit, not a hotel. Breakfast, cleaning, change of bedding and towels are not included. Access to the beach and the pool are not included. You have to pay $100 a day additionally for the access to the pool and the beach. Location is good.

In the description of the unit it was written, that it is "One-bedroom apartment features a hot tub, a private pool and a sauna". It is not a one-bedroom unit, just a studio, no hot tub, no private pool. no sauna. The carpet was dirty. Plus you need to pay $100 a day for access to the pool and the beach.

The beach, the hotel view, the room size and the cleanliness. The food and the service at the restaurant on the second floor were great.

The total price that we paid when booked wasn’t the total price apparently. On top of $255 per day that seamed as a complete price when booked, at the arrival when accepting the keys they charged us $100 resort fees which included the beach, pool access, towels, seat and the umbrella per request for 2 people only. It means that it cost us additional $600 since we booked for 6 days. We found out at the hotel that the room that we booked was a private suit which basically means an Airbnb. Also, there wasn’t a room service. You heard it right, for now $355 a day we had no room service, which means no cleaning, no phone, no changing towels, no ordering to the room, no housekeeping or even taking the trash. We had to reuse the towels for 6 days and took the trash ourselves. After contacting the property manager she told us if we wanted for the room to get cleaned we will have to pay $100 every day for cleaning. Make your choice.
