A spacious and warm house

When booking this property determined what you’re must have are….the best thing about the property was the amount of space we had. It’s a really nice spacious house. Another thing that I like about the property was that it was extremely clean. I tend to do my own cleaning as well before we get settled into our stay, surprisingly the cleaning wipes that I used were still clean after all the wiping that I did. So I was extremely happy that the place was properly clean.

The worst thing about the stay was that the beds were extremely uncomfortable. All the mattresses in the entire house were extremely thin and hard. Most of us were in some type of pain from sleeping on the mattresses since they were so hard (the floor may have slept better than the mattress, and no I’m not exaggerating). Another thing that drove me crazy about the property is that several windows did not have anything to them. We were thinking that they had some type of window tent on the windows that prevented you from seeing inside the house, so of course we had to test it; we were able to see clearly what the kids were doing in the house when we were outside testing it. The house has limited privacy, the neighbors could have literally just pulled up a lawn chair and watch what we were doing in the house. It felt unsafe due to the fact there were limited curtains on places that should have been. And even places that had blinds a lot of the blinds were missing allowing you to still be able to see in the house.

Central location, spacious, quiet, responsive owners

Minor maintenance required: mini-blinds, bathroom outlets would not work for hairdryers but would for other electronics, yard mowed but untrimmed and stray debris laying around. No patio furniture; grill present but not functioning. A brief guide to the unit and the local community would help out-of-towners.
