The "Cleveland" Apartment

Very spacious and like a little home which is a feel you don’t get in hotel rooms. Conveniently located near Redcar Central train station too.

A little tricky to find but the owner was more than happy to help us when we called and he directed us from the town centre.

We was pleasantly surprised at the location of the apartment - there are lots of shops, pubs, takeaway places, amusements and the seafront within 5 minutes walking distance. The kitchen was fully equipped and has everything you need to be self-catering or for a long term stay and they had even put oil, tea, coffee and other bits in the cupboards for our arrival which was handy. If you don’t want to cook Morrisons opposite does a full English breakfast for under £6 and Tegridy sourdough pizza was delicious. The apartment was clean and tidy with no issues(towels etc all provided). The living room was modern and homely. We had issues with using the TV at first but we contacted the host who got back to us straight away and was very helpful - there is a smart TV so you can log into all of your apps and pick up where you left off. We would definitely come back for another stay.

We do not have any complaints about this apartment and will definitely be returning for a longer stay so that we can go down to the seafront museum and the other activities that were just down the road.

Self catering

Given wrong pin code . Took 4 calls to get someone to help us with the code . Key safe not easy to use and at night impossible to use due to no light .
