No AC and noisy place with poor privacy The apartment’s main advantage is its prime location, which made it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted the overall experience. The room was quite small and lacked basic storage facilities, offering only a simple clothing rail with a few hangers instead of a proper wardrobe. The entrance door would only stay closed when locked with the key, and the door handle was not functioning properly. Privacy was also limited, as the room featured only a glass door. Despite high temperatures during my stay, there was no air conditioning. The bathroom facilities were below expectations, including doors that could only be secured with a small nail rather than a proper lock. Noise was a major issue. Every night around 2:30 a.m., a garbage truck would arrive and create significant noise for approximately 20 minutes. Around 4:00 a.m., deliveries to the nearby McDonald’s generated additional disturbance. The bars on the street remained open until midnight, and afterward staff would noisily collect tables and chairs, only to set them up again from around 7:00 a.m. Overall, this accommodation may be suitable for students or travelers who prioritize location above all else. However, if you value a quiet night’s sleep, privacy, and comfort, I would recommend looking elsewhere

POSIZIONE OTTIMA!!! SEI NEL CENTRO DELLA CITTA' E HAI LA METRO VICINISSIMA

Durante la notte abbiamo avuto un problema piuttosto fastidioso: la luce della camera e il ventilatore si sono accesi all'improvviso e non c'era modo di spegnerli. Fortunatamente, verso l'una di notte, il personale è intervenuto per risolvere il guasto. In linea generale, comunque, la struttura pecca in privacy e comfort: la camera era priva di illuminazione naturale, con l'unica finestra che affacciava direttamente su un corridoio interno.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was a great place in the center of Valencia. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, there were two bathrooms, and a kitchen where you could cook.

It's a bit noisy from the street... but don't expect silence in the city center.

Vriendelijkheid overige personeel, Helen was vriendelijkst. Kamers is klein en weinig tot geen luxe, bedden zijn te zacht. Hygiene is in orde en locatie is schoon en ligging is top.
