Habitación sin ventanas, de patio interior, poco mobiliario en la habitación: sin closet, sin sillas para poner la ropa, había solo un velador.

Good location in the city centre.

I had a very bad experience with this hostel, mainly with the staff. We had agreed in advance that I would arrive at 10 PM, and they confirmed that a late check-in would be fine. However, when I arrived at 10 PM, no one was there to let me in. I rang the doorbell multiple times, called the phone number, and sent messages, but no one responded. I ended up waiting outside on the street for an hour late at night with no way to get inside. Eventually, other guests happened to open the door for me and let me in. They showed me to a room that we assumed was mine. The next morning, a staff member finally appeared and told me he had forgotten about my arrival and didn’t have his phone with him. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If the other guests hadn’t let me in, I would have had nowhere to stay that night. Overall, this was a terrible experience, especially considering that my late arrival had been confirmed in advance. I would not recommend this place.
