Logement très bien placé dans la capitale. Appartement spacieux avec équipements suffisants pour y séjourner plusieurs jours ( notamment machine à laver et sèche linge).

Le salon qui contient un canapé lit n'est pas intégralement équipé de volets donc on peut être réveillés tôt le matin.

Old, traditional building in great area. Easy walk to centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Spacious flat.

No lift ' - my fault for not checking more carefully ! Big rooms with high ceilings made it difficult to heat.

Very good location for our needs, access to restaurants, sites and transport etc. Our host was very helpful and came out to us on our day of arrival as soon as we contacted him as there was no instructions in the apartment for the internet, tv, emergency and safety guidance or appliance use.

The apartment was not clean, had broken glass windows in need of repair and was cold.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Es handelt sich um ein typisches Haus in der Innenstadt von Valletta. Insoweit ist der Sanierungszustand gering. Das Bad ist modern. Es gibt auch eine ausreichend große Küchenzeile, jedoch ohne Spülmaschine, was im Urlaub aber nicht so schlimm ist.

Die Ausstattung ist umfangreicher beschrieben, als sie wirklich ist, letztlich besteht sie in der Küche aus den Dingen, die andere zurück gelassen haben. Insgesamt lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Es fehlen Hinweise zur Schlüsselbox, dem Code, zum WiFi und zu Wechselhandtüchern aber auch zum Toilettenpapier, wenn man länger als eine Woche in der Wohnung ist. Die bekommt man nur, aber umgehend, wenn man den Vermieter kontaktiert. Am Abreisetag war die Reinigungskraft bereits eine halbe Stunde vor der Checkout-Zeit da. Das muss nicht sein. Vielleicht liegt es an Valletta, aber der Preis scheint mir für das, was geboten wird zu hoch. Der Vermieter verlangt separat von den Booking.com-Kunden die lokale Umweltsteuer (s. Foto), obwohl man diese schon mit der Rechnung von Booking.com in DOPPELTER Höhe gezahlt hat. Da läuft etwas falsch! Booking.com hat jedoch bisher auf den Hinweis dazu nicht reagiert…

Location

Unfortunately this property is very poorly maintained and is in a poorly maintained building. There were broken windows held together with tape, very poor security as the front door of the apartment was flimsy and could easily be accessed. The furniture was in a poor state with a bric a brac feel about it. While the space is large, it was draughty and cold, with decaying window frames on the balcony, filthy window shutters and on the night we stayed a wind howling through the building. The apartment had not been cleaned, with layers of dust on the surfaces, a blocked sink, stained pillows and worn bed linen. Some floor tiles were loose, cracked and stained badly. The shower surround had not been cleaned properly for some time with a build up of limescale around tiles and the shower frame, and on the sink outlet. The cups were stained , and the oven had not been cleaned. The common areas of the building were filthy, as though no one was responsible. There was exposed electrical wires which made it seem unsafe. To be honest it was like an abandoned building. We had booked and paid for 4 nights but we left after the first night in shock. It proved a costly mistake to book this property.

Чудесное расположение квартиры. Самый центр. Все достопримечательности, кафе, автобусы, в шаговой доступности. С владельцем связь по телефону. В апартаментах в папке все подробные инструкции по пользованию техникой. Но нужно понимать, что это старинные дома И это увлекает. Живешь как в старинной сказке.
