Communication of the hosts was 1st class, the location for access to the town centre/pier etc was great

Not knowing Bournemouth that well, the area itself seemed to be near to some potential less desirable areas.

Easy to follow instructions

Upstairs neighbours were quite noisy during the night it was disturbing to hear them walking back and forth and they allowed their child to cry for a long time
