Great location, great facilities in apartment and good value for money

Wasn’t clean when we arrived. There had been decorating work done that had not been cleaned up.

Nice big apartment with all the fixings, good fridge, crockery, comfy beds, decent bathroom and plenty of lights. Responsive host and beautiful location.

It is fully underground so there is no natural light, the hot water tank is pretty small too and the shower does leak on the floor. We did have a small issue with the building keypad being removed making getting inside challenging but shouldn't be a repeat issue as a new pad was being installed as we left

Great location to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Sorrento. Vico Equense is a lovely city.

convenient location, close to train station with connection to Naples and Sorrento. Clean and art furniture. Excellent wifi

we were not aware that there were actually no windows, quite damp despite the dehumidifiers

Good location to Vico Equense station and town. Spacious self contained apartment. Staff were attentive and helpful at the time. Towels , bed changed daily. Room cleaned.

Location was described 3 miles from Sorrento when it was over 12km. Arrived in a late booking at 6. 15pm and room wasn't ready following previous checkouts. . It was located in a basement with no natural light and had to have 2 noisy dehumidifiers on constantly which made it difficult to sleep. . Water needed emptying 3 times a day. They'd not mentioned this on the booking or in arrival. Had to complain about cleaning as mold residue on ceilings which they did manage to clean most of it off. Needs storage for food with more prep areas and cooking utensils. I was promised €100 refund from accommodation and compensation from Booking.com both of which haven't yet materialised. Been back 4 days and nothing so leaving this honest review. Staff were helpful and attentive at the time. .
