All the faciliities were very good. Although some of the furnishings were rather low for someone with arthritic knees. Kitchen was well equipped, Bathrooms were well appointed. Everything we needed was there.

Some instructions on how to operate the en-suite shower would have been handy, e.g temperature settings, pressure, etc. However, worked it out eventually.

Lovely property in a beautiful location.

The property was difficult to find from the road.

Loads of space, very well laid out and decorated. Location was great for popping into Oxford.

Cleanliness was not the best. Dog poo in the garden, discarded cigarette butts and glass around the decking, lots of cobwebs and dead flies inside that suggested cleaning had been a rush job prior to to our arrival.

The property was ideal for a family group of 6 adults and 2 children. It was clean and well eqipped. Lovely garden. Handy pub down the road and the Victoria Arms about a 15 minute walk away is well worth a visit. About a 40 minute walk into Oxford, through some lovely meadows

Really enjoyed the shared space. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy eating, drinking and lazing on the sofas. Also short 40 min walk into Oxford so we didn’t have to drive at all

Showers were a little tricky to control. But manageable
