NEW Romantic, dog friendly hideaway, Snowdon views

Mooie, frisse en moderne inrichting. Ruim huis, ruime kamers (er staat zelfs een kamer vrijwel leeg). Supermarkt redelijk dichtbij. Fijne keuken. Prima smart tv's, ook op de slaapkamer.

Parkeren. Het is een drukke wijk, met weinig parkeergelegenheid. Hierdoor toch wel wat moeten sjouwen met de bagage. Het was extreem warm weer, zeker voor deze omgeving. Daarom begrijp ik dat een airconditioning niet realistisch is, voor die paar keer per jaar, maar een ventilator zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Zeker boven was het bloedheet.

Het ruime huisje met goede faciliteiten en zeer hondvriendelijk.

Het dorpje zelf viel wat tegen.

Parking is difficult but possible

A perfect spot for my first trip to Wales! Quiet, clean, very well-appointed, and close to groceries and bus routes. The hosts were very responsive and flexible when I asked for a slightly earlier check-in and slightly later check-out - they could not have been more helpful! All appliances and facilities were great, and the brief history of the building itself and the neighborhood that the hosts provided (along with the household instructions) was wonderful. I wish I’d had my dog along with me for my trip, since everything she’d have needed was also provided (dog bed and bowls, etc.). All in all, a really great place to stay when exploring the Caernarfon and Snowdon area - would stay here again happily, and absolutely loved being in Wales!

Bathroom very small Parking was tricky - narrow roads with cars parked on both sides. No private parking.

The first impressions were lovely: layout, decor and furnishings excellent. The location was very good for exploring North Wales. The living space was easy to manage. We didn't take our dog, but the facilities for a dog were excellent. The area was quiet. Food shopping was in walking distance. Wi-fi was good.

We were surprised there was on-street parking, but were lucky to always get the last available space. Internet access required an ethernet connection and we didn't go supplied with the correct cable. The washing machine was good, but the clothes had to be aired on a clothes horse in the living room. We would be described as elderly, and we found the bathroom very small and there was no handrail at the top of the stairs. Visitors without mobility problems would find it perfect.
