קיבלנו רק צרור מפתחות אחד, והמנעול הדיגיטלי לא עבד כמו שצריך, לקח זמן להבין שצריך להוריד אפליקציה לתפעול המנעול הדיגיטלי. המנעול בדירה עבד מצויין מנעול דלת הכניסה לבניין לא עבד כלל ולכן נאלצנו לתאם את היציאות והכניסות שלנו עם כל בני המשפחה ( כי היה צרור מפתחות אחד )

Posizione perfetta a dir poco. Casa in ottime condizioni, pulita, moderna e funzionale. Nulla da dire anzi da ricordare e consigliare per futuri spostamenti.

The property is really well located at Callao with lots of local amenities nearby. The property itself is huge, very spacious and clean. It’s very well equipped.

There isn’t a lift to this sector of the building, so it is up and down a few sets of stairs. Something to keep in mind if you have someone less mobile in the party (we had!)

Excellent communication from the owner/ operator. Response is very quick through WhatsApp. Check-in instructions are straight forward and easy to follow. The apartment is bright and newly renovated. It is dark at night w good shutters and tightly sealed windows. Kitchen is huge with full kitchen equipment. It is suitable for 6 people w 2 bathrooms.

Nothing to dislike badly and nothing the operator can do about it. It is in Madrid Centro. So if you like the convenience of being near amenities, shopping, grocery/market, plazas and all you can name restaurants and cafes, then you can manage the occasional noise from the neighbors (I think above) with a good pair of earplugs ( get the best ones suitable for side lying). The other minor inconvenience is Uber drivers do not pick you up at the door, you either have to walk 10 min or track down the driver to get a ride. Again it’s not something the operator can control. We ended up getting taxi at the corner on Gran Via ( 50 steps away).

Very clean, central location as it was within walking distance to many attractions. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Lots of stairs to get to the apartment, which is difficult with strollers and heavy luggage.
