Flat looked nice and area is calm, not noisy.

Absolutely don’t recommend to stay here. No vacation, but ONE HUGE STRESS Main reason - host’s behaviour was inappropriate. 1) The day before check out each 2 hours I received the messages with the question when will I move out on my personal mobile phone, all the possible messengers! When I saw the amount of messages with this questions in the end of the day, I was shocked. You cannot relax and take your time during this vacation, be always prepared to reply to the host. My last 2 days there became a real stress. 2) After checkout, I was FALSELY ACCUSED of breaking the ceramic hob and received a €119 damage claim. I did not damage anything — and I even took a clear photo of the kitchen at checkout, showing everything was intact. Thankfully, Booking.com reviewed the case and closed it in my favour, but the experience was VERY STRESSFUL. If you still decide to book, document everything carefully, but to avoid potential false accusations, I recommend staying somewhere else. That was my 5th year of using Booking.com, and the most stressful time.

The Property is in a good location, close to the beach and Yumbo centre as advertised

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property, it was quite and chilled which is what I wanted after going out.

Really nice apartment in good location of top resort in Canary Islands with kind of guaranteed weather. Rather small, but well designed and though through, including useful add-ons like extension cord, electric splitter, etc. Friendly and helpful host with instant contact.

Few items could be fixed / tuned eg. bedroom & bathroom doors, water outlet under shower.

Despite our generally positive experience, we encountered a minor issue when the air conditioning started leaking. However, it's worth noting that the apartment had recently undergone renovations, and the owner swiftly addressed the situation. We reported the problem, and to our delight, a skilled technician arrived the next morning to resolve the issue. This quick and effective response showcased the owner's commitment to guest satisfaction and made a significant positive impact on our overall impression. In summary, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a stay in Gran Canaria. The combination of excellent service, a well-maintained property, and a responsive owner makes it a top choice for travelers seeking a hassle-free and enjoyable accommodation experience. We genuinely felt cared for and would not hesitate to return for another stay in the future.
