"comfortable but the flies were obviously a big no no"

nice location

flies all over the floor and coming out of the ceiling - whilst not entirely the host fault I have received no contact from them after complaining directly to booking .com - maybe they are unaware but it was pretty grim and looked like staining on the ceiling might have been from a dead animal and the flies certainly would indicate that

"very relaxing and cosy. great place to unwind and feel grounded"

very peaceful place and the quirky details of the house were beautiful. gorgeous scenery on your doorstep and nice touch to have dog shampoo.

The only thing I would say is a small information pack as we took a little while to work out how to get hot water going and maybe a chopping board.

"Lovely holiday cottage"

Quiet and peaceful. Good parking nearby. Beautiful cottage. Easy access. Fast response from the owner.

No phone reception. Kitchen lacked a few things which made cooking a little tricky.
