Lokalizacja- blisko plaży, morza, a także centralnie jeżeli chodzi o samą miejscowość Kalyves: restauracje, sklepy na wyciągnięcie ręki.

Apartament bardzo mały: jedno pomieszczenie pełni funkcje kuchni, jadalni i sypialni (opis trochę mnie zmylił, radzę dokładnie przyjrzeć się zdjęciom). Brak możliwości spożycia posiłku czy wypicia kawy 'na powietrzu'- wyjście z apartamentu bezpośrednio na uliczkę prowadzącą turystów do plaży. W ciągu pobytu 9-dniowego nie miała miejsca wymiana ręczników.

It can be a little noisy from the street and it doesn’t have a coffee machine.

I really liked everything, the location, everything I needed for comfort. They met me late in the evening, explained and showed me everything, and left a basket with all sorts of delicious food.

The walls are thin and scooters are often parked under the windows.

I travelled for a wedding in Kalives and the location was perfect for me to go sea swimming and be central. Overall, the facilities were great, location great and brilliant, easy communication with yhe hosts!

The location of the apartment is ideal if you wish to spend time on the beach. Also the proximity of cafés and restaurants is an asset. The hosts are friendly and easily accessible. The apartment has a washer/dryer which is definitely a pro.

The thin wall separating the apartment from the bike and car rental next door lets sounds of conversations and phone calls seep through.

The shower and bathroom

I booked this apartment for my husband as he had a total hip replacement the week before in Chania. It was described as next to the sea and ground floor. There were two shallow steps up to the front door which he really struggled with and was in a very noisy alley way by a motorbike rental shop. The sea is at the bottom of the alley all walled in, so you would have to walk 10 minutes to get to a beach which wasn't suitable for my husband's needs. It is a very small apartment if your only sleeping there and out all day it would be okay, but it is noisy at night⁰
