Spacious room with massive beds. Extremely friendly staff. Made us breakfast rolls to take with us when we checked out before breakfast time. Great view up on rooftop. Cute cats who come and go

"Massive and clean room in good location"

Overall very good stay. The room is massive and very clean. The location is great to go around the area and visit the different places in Ninh Binh. Taking a scooter (that you can rent there for the day) Tam Coc is 15min away, Trang A complex 10min, Hoa Lu 15-20 min, Bai Dinh pagoda 20min. The family in the Homestay is lovely and the breakfast is also very nice. The omelette, in particular, I don’t know why, it was so good.

Very clean and nice rooms with fans and air conditioning. Staff extremely helpful and nice and breakfast was good. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and the staff were very kind in changing the dates for me.
