Excellent location for the camino, modern apartment, balcony with views, well equipped kitchen

Apartment not easy to find once inside tge building no number on door. Very difficult and confusing system for door opening !! Issues with door had to contact host and had to be resolved remotely. He was quite abrupt.

Once you get past the headache of the “check in process” and actually get into the apartment it is a cute space. Clean, bright and comfortable. The view over the water and bridge is very nice. The bed was comfy and we appreciated all the smart tv options. The terrace could use some attention, it has the potential to be a really nice sitting area.

Like other reviewers have commented - our check in process was extremely difficult as well. My husband and I have been traveling through Spain for a month now and have never had such a difficult check in. For starters a third party- not-Booking.com - handles the payment, passports, electronic key etc. none of which was outlined in the description of the property. Secondly, there is no signage anywhere to indicate where the building is or which apartment it is- none of this was outlined in any instructions or anything, We had to guess which apartment it was. Once you finally get the key code to work and you get inside the building- it is pitch dark, no light switches until you get to the first floor so have your flashlight on your phone ready.

Proximity to town/restaurants, camino trail. Nice terrace. Bunk bed not the greatest for adults ( I slept on sofa)

Getting into room was a pain, instructions not very clear. Floors or rooms were not marked. Elevator stopped for 5 minutes while we were in. When you get access code for apt door, you must place phone next to small door knob like a keycard. It should turn green. Make sure you have WhatsApp and allow phone calls.

Location. Close to everything. Well equipped.

It was a challenge getting in to the property..like an escape room in reverse! It was quite good fun but could be very stressful for people not very good with smart phones. The apartment door would benefit from a number so that you know it’s the correct one.

This is a stylish apartment with great views of the harbour in a central.locatiion. It is a lovely apartment for couples or families. Sean, the host was very helpful.

You cannot beat the location and space was bright and airy. The beds were comfortable and the set up was quite modern.

Making sure to go through and restock after guests would be ideal. We only had decaffeinated coffee pods and the shower was low on shampoo.

The location of the apartment is very convenient: in the center of the town, along the Camino de Santiago and two minutes from bars and restaurants. Check in and check out in complete autonomy. the apartment is equipped with all comforts and has a wonderful terrace and view

Location

The host was a total disaster and not transparent at all. We open the lock with the provided instructions only to find another couple was inside the apartment already showered and naked. The host Oscar admitted to making a mistake and getting confused with the apartments, he told us to wait at the apartment as he would send some one to clean up the shower and change the sheets. We waited over 3 hours, with two very tired and hungry kids. The cleaning person never arrived, and we offer to clean ourselves so that we can shower and sleep to get ready for the next day. It was not until 10pm that he told us, he had been unable to locate a cleaning person and offered to send us to another nearby apartment. It was a total disaster and not the way anyone would want to start their Camino. I would not recommend OKtheway if you are looking for a place to relax and recharge on your Camino journey.
