Probably the best accommodation we have stopped in, in the UK. The apartment had everything and so much more. Spotlessly clean with loads of personal touches. Easy for town and Marina. Will definitely stop again can’t recommend it enough

Absolutely nothing

Amazing - clean, comfy loads of room for 4, complimentary goodies on arrival including a bottle of Prosecco (very nice touch). 5 min walk to the lively waterfront with bars and restaurants. If going for football not far from the ground either also free parking in security gated car park. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this extremely clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. On arrival, we were met at the appointed time by our very generous host, who had provided so many unexpected extras, such as milk, bread, butter, cereal, tea, coffee, tins of food, pasta and more, not to mention a bottle of Prosecco! Free toiletries were also provided. The location of the apartment by the waterfront is perfect, very quiet and only a short walk away from the town centre. The free secure parking is also a great bonus. We would happily stay here again and recommend this apartment to others. Thank you to our host for all your gracious hospitality.

The size of the apartment was very nice with good decor and nice little touches . The location was excellent on the marina nice food places for what we needed as attending a show at the Regent. Ten minute walk . Ben was very courteous and gave us all the information we needed.

Price could be slightly cheaper ..did seem a lot for one night but the car park was a big plus .

The green bedroom, the bed was comfortable but the bed squeaked on the left hand side every time you moved. so one of us ended up sleeping on the sofa.

It is a comfortable and spacious apartment with everything you can think of provided. The owner communicated well, met us when he said he would and guided us to the parking. It is a good location by the waterfront in Ipswich within easy walking distance of the centre and restaurants etc.

There are no negatives.

Very clean, very quiet, very set up for guests. Host is great and very generous with the little extras provided in the larder. Enjoyable stay.

Lack of recycling facilities
