Excellent all you can eat complementary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to ski hill and paid shuttle services for further locations. Located close to restaurants, rental services and other stores.

Bathroom didn't have a sink and wifi was slow during busy times.

Great breakfast, lovely staff, free shuttle

A pretty poor experience to be honest, I wouldn't stay here again. The heating on the men's floor hasn't worked for weeks judging by others' reviews, yet the hostel claims it's being repaired. I suspect they're just trying to cut costs at the expense of our comfort. The bar closes at 9pm and after that there's only a 5 seat common room to chill in, not even remotely near big enough for everyone at the hostel. The men's floor has up to 14 pods per room, hardly any airflow so really stinky, and barely any storage space. The beds are noisy and uncomfortable (bring ear plugs). The women's floor costs the same yet they only have 4 beds per room (equality?) The toilets aren't even cleaned every day so they're disgusting.

The included breakfast was good. Good selection, tasty and filling. The morning shuttle service up to the welcome centre is great, with many runs by the staff every 20 odd minutes

Getting any sleep was challenging to say the least The beds are hard as a rock, could never get comfortable. Also the beds squeak whenever anyone in the room moves, not good for light sleepers even with ear plugs in. The heating on the top floor of the building was not working, this made the rooms very cold. The staff put in small portable heaters in several rooms, but they did very little. I was constantly cold whilst trying to sleep. The common areas were generally clean

カプセルホテルだけどセキュリティがしっかりしてること。 朝食ビュッフェが付いていること。 室内に鏡があり同室者に気兼ねなく身支度を整えられること。 スタッフが察しがいいこと。

部屋の壁掛けフックが壊れて使えなかったこと。 ハンガーが壊れていたこと。

清潔で綺麗。朝食が自分が泊まったドミトリー史上1番種類も豊富で美味しい。サラダの野菜も色々あるし、ハムソーセージや卵、カレーに中華系惣菜2種、ご飯にお粥に具沢山の味噌汁、焼きそば、パン類シリアル、バナナに餅にゼリー。紅茶やコーヒー（ラテもエスプレッソも）。欧米人も中華系の人へも問題無しの朝食です!! スキー乾燥室あり、洗濯機がタダ!!しかも洗剤の用意もあり大変助かった。 朝も8時過ぎ〜20分おきにスキー場迄のシャトル便あって助かります。7名位は乗れると思います。 帰りはヒラフ無料シャトルのバス停が近いので問題ないです（時間帯によってはない） セコマも徒歩圏内 寝床のライトは細かく設定出来るのが良い（色味も変えられるのは面白い）。 各部屋にあるシャワーの出具合も良いし温度がふらつかなくて安定してるのも嬉しい。

若干自由スペース（ご飯持込み食べる所）が狭いかな? 部屋自体が若干狭いので荷物多いと大変。個人ロッカーはない。ハンガーが無いので持参がベター 廊下に靴を置くので若干足臭い所（笑） 洗濯機は時間帯によっては争奪戦 トイレに鍵がなかったので注意が必要。

Super good location, comfortable capsule overall, and great breakfast with a lot of variety and solid food for a strong day of winter sports.

Lack of safes or lockers, and shower at 11 was cold.
