Nice compact unit with lovely views. Unfortunately it was rainy and cloudy the night we were there but still, it was a nice stopping point for us on our journey between Christchurch and Queenstown

This modern studio was tiny but perfect. It had everything we needed organized in a smartly efficient way. USB ports by the bed, well placed reading lamps, a fridge, washer and dryer and dishwasher and necessary dishes. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Very good communication with host.

Just three things. As others have said reading lamps in the living room would be nice. Also a manual to operate the combined washer and dryer. Efficient but complex. Finally, if it is a hot day it would be good to close the living room shade to keep the place cooler or even turn on the air conditioner before guests arrive. It was 27 degrees C when we arrived and the apartment was super hot and it took several hours to cool it down with the air conditioner. Otherwise lovely.

Very clean and modern "tiny house". It has polished concrete floors which were very unique and easy to clean (I never really like carpet in hotels since you don't know what they collect).

There was no place to put luggage. We only stayed for two days but this would not be suitable for a stay any longer because we had to live out of our suitcase on the floor. There was absolutely no storage space for clothing or personal items. Simple corner shelves in the bedroom would have sufficed but there was none of that. The bottom of the box spring bed was only 3" off the floor so suitcases could not fit under that.

Too small, no privacy, loud neighbours late at night woke us up...

Clean, well equipped kitchen, nice furnishings, great location!

Would’ve been good to have some lamps in living room. And toiletries in shower room (compared to similar stays/price points, they tend to be included) but these are small things! Overall great stay.

The apartment was as described but was more suited to a one night stay. A kick step would have been very useful to access cupboards. Basic instructions for the oven would have been useful!

The hob was cracked so only one heating element worked. One of the outside chairs was broken There was no table and chairs to eat inside.
