Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. Posizione ottima, possibilità di parcheggio nella stessa piazzetta e proprietaria molto disponibile. Trovare biscotti, torta, acqua e succhi di frutta è stata davvero una ottima accoglienza. Confermo quanto scritto in tutte le precedenti recensioni positive. Valutazione 10!

Ubicación. Muy limpio, agradable y bien decorado. Provee de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Recomendable.

Desafortunadamente la noche que nos quedamos el aire acondicionador/calefacción no funcionaba y sólo tuvimos un pequeño calentador electrónico para calentar la casa. Algo puntual supongo. Fuimos avisados antes se entrar. La cama también se hundía mucho y fui difícil descansar bien

"Gemühtliche und zentrale Wohnung"

Sehr gemütliche und zentrale Unterkunft. Ich konnte gut überall zu Fuß hin. Restaurants und Bars sind direkt in der Nachbarschaft und ein gutes Vegetarisches Restaurant sogar im gleichen Gebäude. Parken (mit inbegriffen) im nahegelegenen Parkhaus war auch super. Es sind villeicht 100-200m dorthin. Hund war auch überhaupt kein Problem und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es waren genügend Handtücher da.

Dadurch das die Wohnung so zentral gelegen ist, kann es Abends auf den Terassen von der Wohnung durch die Bars und Restaurants mal etwas lauter werden. Jeden Abend werden alle Stühle und Tische von den Plätzen geräumt, was etwas lauter ist. Für mich war es in Ordnung, man sollte es nur im Hinterkopf haben, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Dann lieber Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen.

Iti ad puntuale comunicazione. Cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Dolci, succhi frutta, latte, marmellate a disposizione. Doccia calda fantastica. Ottima soluzione il parcheggio a 30 metri.Il gestore ha inviato una precisa ed accurata descrizione di Murcia molto apprezzata, anche sotto il profilo storico.

Góður staður og gott að vera með bílastæði 100 m.frá íbúðinni. Frábær sturta,nóg af handklæðum. Eldhúsið með allt sem þarf.

Dýnan í herberginu er orðin bæld,þetta er skrifað 23/1 2026 svo kannski er komin ný dýna.
