Stunning 2 Bedroom Sea View Apartment With Parking

Great location, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped,, the bed was comfortable and Rhos- on -sea is a lovely place to stay..

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The location was excellent, the layout was great it was beautifully clean

Brilliant apartment in an excellent location right by the sea and close to the town. Very comfortable, well designed, well equipped and spotlessly clean accommodation. Great value for money.

It doesn't offer breakfast. The location was good bar the parking.

First impression of this property is positive, clearly new, spacious and clean. Closer inspection reveals the weaknesses: I’m 66 with a weak hip and tackled the 4 flights of stairs to reach my apartment on my own carrying my suitcases. Many hosts meet a guest and do a walk round, an opportunity to show how everything works. Just a personal note, it’s furnished in endless grey. Quite depressing. Biggest problem, the bed. The duvet was polypropylene, the duvet cover 100% polyester. Horrible against the skin AND more significantly it was wrinkled, creased as if someone had slept in it. There were no pillow protectors and the pillows were the cheapest kind, very thin and floppy with no support. Has this man not seen ‘The Hotel Inspector’? No bin in the bedroom. No luggage rack or table, so you work out of your suitcase on the floor. Bedside tables smaller than an A4 page, very inconvenient, not enough space for a book, a glass and my specs. Soft lights 4 feet above the bed, so impossible to read. The bathroom? I left without having had a shower because I couldn’t get it to work. A chunky unit on the floor below the sink said ‘Triton’ so I knew this was part of the mechanism and pushed a button that gave me a red light. When it later went out I thought great, hot water. But no good. I pushed and turned every button in every combination on this unit and the shower to no avail. Instructions left in a house book are SO important. Washed my hair in the handbasin 60s style. I phoned the host three times and left messages, but he never got back to me. This was described as an emergency number and went to some business voicemail, but no other number was given. For the first night and half the following day I had no wifi because I hadn’t gone into the kitchen where a note is stuck near the fridge giving the password. Again, host unavailable to help. Poorly equipped kitchen if you want to cook and finally, host left, as my ‘welcome pack’, 2 teabags and some mini long-life milks.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property helped by some glorious weather. The apartment is in the perfect position directly on the front with wonderful views out across the harbour and bay if your up early enough the sunrise is something to behold. Not sure about previous comments on the bed as we slept like logs, mattress is firm but just how we like it, the apartment is modern and very tastefully furnished with all needed for a stay. Eateries a bit limited but that could be down to time of year, if you like Greek food then a visit to Dionyssos Resto is a must and to save you cooking breakfast a short walk to the corner is recommended.

We can’t rate this apartment highly enough. What an amazing space, much bigger than we thought. From the moment we opened the door we knew this was somewhere special. Spacious, super clean, beds were so comfortable, decor lovely and the view, oh my, we could have sat at the window all day watching the waves and people watching if it wasn’t for having our 7 year old wanting to paddle in the sea and visit the local park and crazy golf, all of which a stones throw away. We’ve had an amazing stay, wish it had been longer. Huge thank you to Ryan who has been a great host. Very quick to reply to queries before arrival and very polite and helpful. All in all magical apartment and we will definitely be returning 😊😊😊

Located very close to Rhos beach. Close to the shops and bars in Rhos. Tapps real ale bar in Rhos is excellent. Not too far from N.Wales Expressway so easy to get around the coast and back to England. Apartment was well equipped with all you need. It has not been long finished so things were pristine. A small leak was fixed very quickly; good to see fast response. The sunrise over the harbour viewed from the main room window was stunning (yes, we actually had sun in N.Wales). Didn't try out the cooker as we ate out. Managed to park on frontage and had considerate co-renter so we had plenty of space for two cars.

Light at foot of stairs linked to the main landing light of communal hallway. This needs to be linked to the apartment landing light. Pubs and their food in Rhos is a bit disappointing.
