Monolocali Tra Rieti e Terminillo e lago del Salto

La posizione era comoda per noi, la gente del posto era gentilissima e disponibilissima, ci hanno aiutato in diversi occasioni.

Innanzitutto vorrei chiarire alcune imprecisioni ed ambiguità nella descrizione della proposta. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento ci è stato chiesto o PayPal o bonifico istantaneo. Nessuna possibilità con carta di credito. Il parcheggio se sei fortunato lo trovi più vicino se no ci sarebbe da fare un po' di strada in salita, puo essere un problema per le persone anziane. Manca la rete ovunque,io la trovavo in un punto vicino alla strada principale. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, abbiamo trovato asciugamani e lenzuola macchiate, peli sul lenzuolo di sotto e cestini non svuotati. Quando lo abbiamo fatto presente alla proprietaria lei invece di scusarsi è stata scortese ed aggressiva arrivando a dirci di andare via se non è di nostro gradimento. L' appartamento sicuramente ha bisogno di una manutenzione migliore, tutto e molto vecchio, letto con materasso rumorosissimo e scarsa luce, mancano le lampadine. Ci sarebbero altre cose da scrivere ma mi fermo qui. Vorrei aggiungere solo che avendo prenotato e pagato per due notti siamo andati via dopo la prima!

I couldn't be happy about anything anymore

This was my worst experience in 3 weeks travelling through Italy by bike. I booked the room to stay there one night. Before i saw in the description and on the pictures, that there will be a kitchen. So on the way to this appartement i went to the supermarket in the valley to buy something to cook for dinner. I was researching before, that there will be no supermarket close to the appartment. So i climbed up the hill after a 120 Kilometer ride. The woman told me, that i am not allowed to use the kitchen. I was wondering, because there was a stove. I told her, that i am tired and i already bought all the food to prepare the dinner. She told me that I can go to the restaurant down the road. When i asked her why i cannot cook she answered pretty aggressive that this is not possible if you only book one night. I can't really understand this explaination. When she was leaving the room she took all the pots from the kitchen out. So i tried to go to the restaurant, but it was closed on that day. I wrote her a message because of the closed restaurant, but there was no answer. So I had to go to bed hungry without eating anything after a day of 120 km Bike Ride. I have never experienced such bad hospitality in Italy.

Beautiful setting! Little house near Terminillo with all the services! In the country it's possibile to have dinner to the restaurant. House'owner Is so lovable! I'm suggesting all the people to try this pleace.
