Mainsail Motel & Cottages

This hotel was clean, but was bare bones. There was no phone to call front desk for assistance. There was no hair dryer. It had sliding glass doors for the main door. These doors were very hard to open and close. You could hear ever noise all night long from neighbors coming and going.

The room was clean but the area and hotel was noisy.

It was just what we needed! It was walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and casino ballroom venue.

For the price, I was expecting much less, but we stayed here for a concert, and the rooms were very clean and cute. Would stay here again, only recommendation is new beds. Our bodies the next day, felt like we slept on cardboard.

A perfect base of operations for a visit to family: a one block walk to Hampton Beach State Park for early morning walks on the beach and a short drive to visit family. The room was very quiet.

Had a great stay, the staff was wonderful even letting me check in early !! Definitely will be back

L'emplacement était parfait, la chambre très propre. plusieurs préposés au ménages des chambres. Piscine agréable. Nous avons entendu aucun voisins et personnes a fait la fête. A un paté de maisons de la mer.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable and convenient to amenities/attractions in the area. I liked the designated parking spot by room number as well. No ice machine but that was not a deal breaker. A modest and unpretentious place.
