Stunning Refurbished 1 Bedroom, Harbour Apartment.

Quiet location just 5 minutes from town centre and train links. Apartment is bright and airy. Would recommend.

The property is beautiful and at a very high standard! We walked in and said wow as it was like everything we could have hoped for. Everything we needed was there for us with added extras such as antiperspirants, shampoos, etc. The kitchen had all you need! I am a poor sleeper but at this apartment I got in to bed and was zonked till morning as the bed is so comfortable, bedding lovely and soft, all around us quiet… perfect!! Although I brought my own teabags (decaf) etc, it was all there if needed to use! Cracking tellys! WiFi excellent! If a rainy day happens, they have even added in a few games, we played dominoes and cards while there. I need stop talking now but don’t even think about not booking this apartment, just do it, you will not be disappointed!! The owners should be very proud of themselves!

Nothing, absolutely nothing… it’s the bees knees!!

There are three key boxes outside the property and the host did not initially tell us which one to use. It was only when I phoned him that he explained which one it was.

I think the host should include information about the apartment being up two flights of stairs with mo lift. Whilst we managed it was a bit of a struggle with suitcases etc. Some more "disabled" people may struggle with the stairs.

Perfect for our needs after I cycled the Chase the Sun event from Whitley Bay to Ayr. The flat was spacious, comfortable, superbly located and allowed me to relax and recover very effectively. Local facilities were perfect, we found a super place for breakfast- Cafe51 and pizzas for dinner from Pizzaiola which is a 1 minute walk away.

Shower is temperamental but we managed.

I think something was overlooked because we weren't left much toilet roll or washing up liquid. Aldi is across the car park but I wouldn't expect to have to buy this myself normally.

The location to the town, facilities and nearby beach. Two comfy couches and good Tv screen. Everything simply laid out, everything you needed for a 2 night stay.

Nothing really - except carrying a suitcase up 2 floors.

The apartment was immaculate better than my own home ...had everything you need I couldn't work out the WiFi password from the book but we didn't need it ....lovely view of the river
