The old ice cream parlour

Location was very central, close to the Harbour car park. Facilities very useful - washing machine in a downstairs laundry room. A few toys for the kids which they enjoyed. Fully equipped kitchen.

It was a bit noisy at night time, but that's the price to pay for such a central location.

Everything! The location is amazing, bus station directly opposite, sun rises over the sea, the harbour is a 5 minute walk away, the Jubilee Pool is very local. Lots of lovely shops and places to eat

No complaints at all.

Many of the things you would need and may not have thought of are provided making the stay run that much smoother. Issues highlighted were addressed quickly and in a friendly manner.

The downside is the lack of parking for unloading and loading bags. The mattresses were generally good but could have been a bit firmer in the main bedroom.

The location could not be best! Walking distance from the seaside, the parking, shops, pubs and restaurants. Penzance is a fab location to use as base if planning to travel around Cornwall. The house is very spacious, with lovely details all over the place, very comfortable space, we really felt like home away from home.

Besides a spider and spiderweb here and there (which is perfectly normal for the UK) there was not a single thing we didn’t like. I wish we could have spent more time enjoying the house.
