MYMYRoom is clean but would be better if the air conditioner being look after. Location quite ok, there is a walk way link to Gurney Plaza, Gurney Paragon ......... As for b'fast need to do some improvement for the heating of food..... the food is not hot as it should but the variety is good.

MYMYMYunacceptable. I came with my children for a family vacation and purposely booked an executive room to ensure comfort and cleanliness for my family. Instead, we experienced something so disgusting and traumatic that we will never forget it. The room was filthy and clearly not cleaned at all. There was literal shit on the bedsheet and even a used condom wrapper left behind. The shit on the bed wasn’t even cleaned — it was simply covered with a towel as if that could hide it. This is beyond disgusting, unhygienic, and absolutely shocking. No family should ever have to experience something this revolting. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and the hotel should be ashamed of such terrible standards.
THE SHIT ON THE BED WASN’T EVEN CLEANED — IT WAS SIMPLY COVERED WITH A TOWEL AS IF THAT COULD HIDE IT. THIS IS BEYOND DISGUSTING, UNHYGIENIC, AND ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING.
