Sulla sistemazione nulla da dire: stanza confortevole, pulita e ordinata.

Molta delusione sul trattamento ricevuto, tant'è che ho avuto un diverbio con i proprietari. Posso capire i preparativi sul cenone di Capodanno, ma questo non può giustificare la mancanza di una migliore organizzazione nell'accogliere gli ospiti! Mi sono trovato in difficoltà tale da dover quasi rinunciare al soggiorno organizzato dopo aver percorso 250 km, ma fortunatamente, alla fine, ci sono venuti incontro. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza, suggerisco maggiore empatia e attenzione al cliente.

Great location. We love Abruzzo. Or favorite place in Italy

The room was a little small. Would have liked a chair to sit in. Bed was comfortable and bathroom good.
